In an increasingly digitised society, how can we better support students and teachers in grasping the critical opportunity to leapfrog, while preparing them for changing circumstances and urban challenges?

Have you ever watched that movie by Lindsay Lohan? It is cheesy but it works.
Let's switch roles between teacher and students to enhance mutual empathy and resolute together.
Well, this is definitely not just a course for students, teachers deserve to have international programs and exchange opportunities. See the world for themselves and learn how to learn.

Teaching is not only about content, but also about style and methods. Can we teach boring biology through sci-fi movies? Or turn a drowsy history class into an adventure in a virtual museum? There are more ways you can imagine to help relieve your teaching pressure and learning burdens. Having fun does not mean you are learning less.
With all of these new educational activities, project-based teaching, and experiential learning, honestly, who has the time for it? To reform education by mere addition may provoke an inverse effect. We should learn to do subtraction and integration to make more time.

Are you the type of teacher who grasps this attention span to list out important housekeeping information? Or the type who uses this critical time to spread a serious tempo or a participatory aroma? Perhaps you are one who starts with a fun game to intrigue learners into an active mode for the rest of the class?
Not only students need more learning opportunities, teachers also. If teachers were forced into boring training, how can they propagate fun in their own teaching? We must teach-by-example.
This series of “Teaching Transformative Training” (T3) helps teachers to have fun and co-create a style of teaching that they would enjoy. Incorporating the latest assistive technologies of course.
Recently I visited a private school that cost more than 20,000 HKD per month for intuition. The findings are more than surprising.
The students were noisy and active and running around, but they were also the most responsive in questions and interested in their learning. The schools’ principles were built on “The Eight Virtues + One”, students showing an immense awareness of regional culture within such an international setting.
Ultimately, it was largely influenced by how both students and staff were evaluated - not simply summative.
